|
《临床流行病学》是临床医学重要的基础课程和临床科学研究的方法学。该课程的核心是将现代流行病学和医学统计学的原理与方法应用于临床医学实践中，包括描述和研究疾病的群体现象、病因及危险因素的调查研究方法与推断原则、筛检与诊断试验的评价、临床疗效评价和预后评定、医院感染的预防与控制、临床科研中偏倚识别和控制方法、循证医学介绍、医学文献评阅方法、临床科研的选题、临床科研设计书和论文撰写方法等。
本课程在注重方法学理论知识介绍的同时，更注重其在临床医学领域中的实用性，充分体现出临床研究的设计、测量与评价等重要内容，并结合一定的课堂讨论，使学生能理论联系实际，提高运用方法、解决实际问题的能力，使临床流行病学真正发挥其弥合临床医学与预防医学之间“裂痕”的重要作用，成为广大高层次临床医学生能学以致用的方法学。
